The single inbox
The fastest way to reach Soveraine is by email at hello@soveraine.com. We aim to reply to genuine reader email within two working days. Routing your message through one of the headings below helps it reach the right editor.
Reader corrections
If you've spotted a factual error on the site — a wrong rate, a misstated rule, an outdated price, a broken link, a misattributed quote — please write to us with the URL of the page, the exact text of the error, and (where possible) a primary source for the correction.
Corrections that include a primary source typically get fixed within a working day. We log every substantive correction in the article and credit the reader who supplied it, unless asked not to. There is no such thing as a "small" correction in this niche; in tax content, small errors compound into expensive mistakes for someone.

Story tips and source material
If you have first-hand experience of something we cover — a successful or failed application, a fee that does not match the published price, a support interaction worth knowing about, a contract change that is not yet public — we'd like to hear about it. Anonymous tips are welcome and treated as background unless and until you say otherwise.
Tips that meaningfully change a published article are credited (or kept anonymous on request) and, where genuinely high-value and resource-intensive to verify, may be eligible for a small honorarium.

Expert reviewers
Soveraine is actively looking to add a small group of credentialled tax practitioners and immigration specialists to review articles for technical accuracy. We are particularly interested in:
- US tax practitioners with experience advising non-resident-aliens on US LLCs and FATCA/FBAR-related obligations.
- EU-based tax advisers with cross-border CFC and exit-tax experience in their home jurisdiction.
- Practitioners in Georgia, the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cyprus, Portugal, and other key jurisdictions.
- Immigration lawyers with substantive residency or citizenship-by-investment practice.
Reviewers are named and credited on every article they review and are paid a per-article fee. Get in touch with a short CV, the jurisdictions you cover, and an indication of your bar membership or equivalent regulatory status.

Provider partnership requests
If you operate a formation agent, bank, EMI, payment processor, e-residency facilitator, employer-of-record, insurance product or similar service that is relevant to our audience, we are happy to be approached about coverage. Please understand the following before writing:
- Editorial coverage on Soveraine is not for sale. We do not accept payment for favourable reviews, sponsored rankings or "pay-to-play" inclusion in lists. We have refused these offers and will continue to do so.
- We are interested in talking to providers about their affiliate or referral programme terms, and in being walked through their product. We will not commit to any particular coverage in exchange for that conversation.
- We will not negotiate "approval over published content". Articles are signed off by the editor.
With those points understood, send us an introduction, your one-page product summary, the link to your affiliate or partner programme terms, and a sample of the documentation a customer would actually receive (welcome email, dashboard screenshots, first invoice). We move faster on providers who make the diligence work easy.

Press and speaking
For press enquiries — interview requests, quotes, comment on industry events — email the inbox with Press: in the subject. We respond to most reasonable enquiries from named publications on the same working day, though our policy is not to give comment on the specific tax affairs of named individuals.
Affiliate-attribution questions
If a Soveraine link was not attributing correctly when you tried to use a provider, or if you can see that we should have been credited for your signup but were not, write to us with the date you signed up and the provider name. This is usually a tracking-pixel issue between us and the affiliate network and is fixable, but we need the data to chase it.

What we don't do by email
We don't give individualised tax advice by email. We can't tell you, on the basis of a one-paragraph description, whether you should incorporate in Estonia or Wyoming, whether your German tax residency is correctly broken, or whether your specific situation triggers an exit tax. Those questions need a qualified professional with full visibility of your circumstances.
What we can do is point you to the Soveraine article that addresses the framework around your question, and (in due course, as the site grows) to professionals in the relevant jurisdictions whom we have come to trust.
